About Me

A cheeky bastard who probably has the same general interests as you if you're here...probably. Trying to improve my Chinese, English, and translation skills by translating Chinese web novels in my free time, not like you haven't read that a million times. While I may post more chapters, my goal is generally 2-3 chapters a week, if that... I want to develop this blog and see how far I can go with it.

  1. we are a group of newbie translators looking for other Chinese translators to join our little discord group, so when there is a translation problem, we can help each other out.

We'd like to know if you are interested in joining our discord?

We also have a blog that has Adsense running, if you would like to make money from ads, you can consider hosting your translation on our blog. You can also have your own Patreon, Kofi, and Paypal donation links. All the posts you made on the blog still belong to you, which means that even if you decide to transfer or remove the chapters after we pay you the ad revenue, you will free to do so.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    1. Hi, thanks for the invitation. Unfortunately, I don't use discord and I'm going to have to decline the blog invite for now. This blog is a pet project of mine that I have greatly enjoyed building and look forward to further developing it.

Thank you once again and have a happy Lunar New Year!

The Omniscient - Chapter 12: Internet Data

Just wanted to address a review I saw. While there are elements of Chinese nationalism (duh), it's pretty good compared to other urban Chinese novels. Doesn't mean it's good, but for me it's tolerable. It just stands out because, a) it's China, and b) we're unused to it. Many works of fiction tend to highlight or emphasize their country of origin. This novel is no different. Like if the novel said USA is the center of the universe, you probably wouldn't bat an eye. But China... Of course, I can understand if anyone feel's uncomfortable about it.

The Omniscient - Chapter 4: Humanity's Greatest Merit in the Universe

Knowledge is a burden.           Even when his intelligence was being suppressed by the stars, Huang Ji never thought of it as much of a predicament. Strengthening his body allowed him to block out unknown information while acquiring knowledge could help him unlock and decipher that unknown information. This allowed him to understand the information and then also block it out. As long as there was a solution, he could go about solving the problem, it was merely a matter of hard work.           For Huang Ji, the real problem wasn't anything like having his intelligence suppressed by the stars. The true source of his worries originated from the most terrifying planetary object in the sky, the Moon. More accurately, a group of aliens living on the Moon! They were very few in number. Last week when he had checked there were only two, now there were four of them.  They were there to monitor Earth, this wasn't hard for Huan...
